Top 3 Ways You Should Use Canva in Your Practice

If you’re a business owner, Canva is literally a designer in your pocket! Maximize your ability to create high-quality graphics that represent your practice’s unique brand and incredible services while still keeping costs low.

Canva Pro/Teams

Canva has a free option that can absolutely serve your needs! But if you want access to high quality graphics, images, and templates, pro is where it’s at. It’s absolutely worth the money, and truly has limitless opportunities. Canva Pro gives you access to the brand kit, making it easier than ever to ensure you’re always using your brand colors, font, and logo on every single thing you design. The templates include everything you need for your practice - social media posts and stories, newsletters, flyers, you name it, they’ve got it. If you’ve got a team of admin or therapists who want to collaborate, then take a look at Teams. With options available for teams of 2 or 50, they’ve got what you need.

Templates

Canva makes it easy to create high quality beautiful graphics with their templates. Simply search for what you want to make (like a flyer or a newsletter), and narrow it down by attributes like category, style, theme, subject, topic, etc. Add your template, and start customizing with your brand kit and Canva’s extensive library of graphics and stock images.

Docs

Take your document writing out of Microsoft Word or Google Docs and into Canva Docs. This is a new feature and gives you the power to create a beautiful document tables, charts, and designs that flow. It even has AI technology called Magic Write that will take your keywords and write your content for you. Once the AI has generated the text, you can change anything that doesn’t apply. You can even use their new Docs to Decks feature to turn every document you create into a presentation. This means you could spend less time creating better content.
